Together with the Unikino and the Fachschaft Mathematik/Informatik you have the opportunity to watch the movie "Everything Everywhere All at Once" for only 2,50€. The film will be shown in English with German subtitles and seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Welcome event of the 3rd day. Directly afterwards, different cultural groups of KIT present themselves, among them of course the Fachschaft, but also the AKK, Z10, Physikertheater, Jazzchor and many more. Those who want to immerse themselves in the life of Karlsruhe have good chances to learn the first steps here. Additional group time for registering for university sports, picking up KIT cards, showing Lernschlösschen and Physics-Bib, Nextbike accounts, ...

Various excursions are organized in groups. The offers are wide-ranging from bowling and visits to the local natural history museum to brewery tours and laser tag and tackle-ball. Separate registration is also required for these, which will be released on Monday.

Physicist Theater Open Rehearsal. Theater enthusiasts are welcome!

Open student council meeting, everyone is allowed to attend! An insight into the daily work of our valuable student council is given, discussed and voted on.

Each O-Phase group decides independently what to do that evening. The offer ranges from large gaming rounds to gaming to card games. No separate registration is required here.

There will be role-playing at the green tables in front of the physics library. If you would like to play along or give the system a try, feel free to join. Offered starting at 8pm are: 1. The Wolves of Walton - Walton, a small village, is attacked by monsters and seeks the help of a group of adventurers to solve this problem. - It will be played with LVL 3 characters in DnD 5e system. You can bring your own charter, but there will be a couple to choose from. 2. a world created by the DM himself. Here you are free to decide what you want to do. Explore the world. This session will be in English. 4. from 21:45 there will be another Call of Cathulu One Shot.

If you haven't seen enough pubs on previous nights and don't fancy the games night, you can visit the Z10 student center who are open with a regular bar service.

This your opportunity to meet the other geophysics first-timers and get a first look at the geophysics department at Campus West.

Welcome event of the 4th day. Directly afterwards, students from higher semesters will present the different subsidiary subjects. Those are an important part of the physics bachelor's degree at KIT and should serve to open the view for other subject areas.

More group time for remaining questions and visits. There is always something left over.

'What is it actually like to be a professor? What does your work consist of? And do you actually breathe air?' Many such questions can be asked of various professors at this extremely popular event in a pleasant atmosphere, with coffee and cake. Students and professors are equally welcome to this event - and in this way the great distance that initially exists between the two groups can be reduced somewhat.

In preparation for the upcoming party, the different groups can now visit pubs once again to fortify themselves for the evening.

The most spectacular night of the week! Here we go to the Kroko-Keller to celebrate this year's O-Phase. A DJ is on site and will be spinning for us all night long. Celebrate the best week of the year with us!

Traditional: 'Big joint Weisswurst hangover breakfast'. Those who make it to KIT after the party can join the Weisswurst breakfast organized by the Oszilla group. Vegan alternatives will also be provided. To cover the costs, we will ask you for a small contribution when you come.

For early risers: Short guided tour (<1h) through the Steinbuch Center for Computing (SCC) of KIT. The SCC is responsible for the central infrastructure of KIT and certainly worth a look. Registration for this event is necessary, as places are limited. Registration for this will open on Monday, 10/16/2023. Additionally, there will also be a later guided tour at 13:00. Meeting point for this event is the bunny in front of the SCC, building (20.21). Please note the following: FFP2 or surgical masks are to be worn at all times during the tours. In the event of a fire alarm, exit the server rooms in a calm and orderly manner. Do not leave the marked area and stay together as a group. Photography is not permitted. Servers make noise. Do not touch any equipment or the like!

Traditional closing event of the O-Phase. In the past, we used to have a barbecue, but today we'll be eating pizza together with musical accompaniment from the Ersti-Band. Afterwards, there will be a free jam session where everyone can play along, no matter what musical level or instrument! We want to keep the threshold as low as possible. Have a great time, eat pizza and make music!
